Harsh weather conditions guarantee customers a 100% refund. Priority rescheduling is also guaranteed if they choose another date. We clean our units and check for hazards for each and every customer on the day of the event. 

Cancellation Policy: Free Cancellation if canceled 48 hours before the appointment. 

Non-refundable deposit if the 48-hour period

$50 deposit goes towards the price, payment in full required before set up.
